게임 진행도, 설정, 플레이 시간, 레벨·스테이지 진행, 기능 이용 및 게임 내 이벤트 정보. 게임 실행과 진행도 저장, 이용행태 분석 및 게임 개선을 위해 처리합니다. 기기에만 저장되는 정보와 분석 기능을 통해 전송되는 정보는 구분하여 처리됩니다.
기기·기술 정보 및 식별자
기기 유형, 운영체제·앱 버전, 언어, IP 주소, 앱 인스턴스 등 서비스 식별자, 광고 식별자, 오류·충돌 및 성능 정보. 서비스 호환성, 오류 진단, 분석, 광고 제공·측정 및 부정 이용 방지에 이용될 수 있습니다. IP 주소로 국가 또는 대략적인 지역이 추정될 수 있습니다.
광고 관련 정보
광고 노출·클릭·시청 완료, 보상형 광고 참여 및 광고 성과 정보. 광고 표시, 보상 지급, 광고 효과 측정 및 부정 광고 활동 방지를 위해 처리됩니다. 맞춤형 광고에 필요한 정보는 적용되는 법령, 동의 여부 및 기기 설정에 따라 처리됩니다.
인앱결제 정보
구매 상품, 주문·거래 식별자, 구매 토큰·영수증, 구매 상태, 가격·통화 등 구매 확인 정보. 구매 처리, 상품 지급·복원, 환불·분쟁 대응 및 부정 구매 방지에 이용합니다. Google Play 등 앱 마켓이 결제를 처리하며, 당사는 결제를 위해 이용자의 전체 카드번호나 카드 보안코드를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
이용자가 문의할 때 제공하는 정보
이메일 주소, 문의 내용, 이용자가 직접 전달한 오류 설명·스크린샷 또는 구매 확인 자료. 문의 답변, 문제 해결, 개인정보 권리 행사 요청의 확인과 처리를 위해 이용합니다.

5. 정보의 보관 및 삭제
당사는 서비스 제공, 문의 해결, 구매 확인 및 부정 이용 방지 등 정보를 처리하는 목적에 필요한 기간 동안만 정보를 보관합니다. 목적이 달성되거나 유효한 삭제 요청이 처리되면, 법령상 보관 의무 등 정당한 보관 사유가 있는 경우를 제외하고 정보를 삭제하거나 개인을 식별할 수 없도록 처리합니다.
구매·거래 기록 등 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보는 해당 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다. 분쟁이나 부정 이용 조사에 필요한 기록은 그 사유를 해결하는 데 필요한 기간 동안 제한적으로 보관하며, 다른 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다. 광고·분석 사업자가 독립적으로 처리하는 정보의 보관 및 삭제에는 해당 사업자의 방침과 이용자 권리 행사 절차가 적용됩니다.
기기에만 저장된 게임 정보는 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제를 통해 지울 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제만으로 외부 서비스에 이미 전송된 정보까지 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다. 외부 저장 정보나 당사가 보유한 정보의 삭제는 아래 절차로 요청할 수 있습니다.
6. 개인정보 관련 권리 및 삭제 요청
이용자는 적용되는 법령에 따라 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제, 처리 제한, 동의 철회 및 그 밖의 권리를 요청할 수 있습니다. 지역에 따라 정보 이동이나 처리에 대한 이의 제기 및 감독기관에 대한 진정 권리가 적용될 수 있습니다.
이메일 제목에 “개인정보 문의” 또는 “정보 삭제 요청”을 적고, 사용한 게임과 요청 내용을 알려 주세요. 관련 정보를 찾는 데 필요한 경우 게임 내 식별자 또는 주문 식별자 등 최소한의 추가 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다. 비밀번호, 전체 카드번호 등 민감한 정보는 보내지 마세요.
당사는 요청을 확인한 후 적용 법령에 따라 처리하고 필요한 안내를 제공합니다. 삭제 시 게임 진행도나 구매 복원 등 일부 기능의 이용에 영향을 줄 수 있으며, 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보가 있다면 그 사유를 안내합니다. 개인정보 삭제 요청은 구매 취소나 환불 요청을 자동으로 처리하는 절차는 아닙니다.

1. Who we are and scope
BlackBoxGames (“we”, “us” or “the operator”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies generally to mobile games provided by BlackBoxGames and their related customer support services. It explains the information processed, the purposes and recipients of that information, and how retention, deletion and privacy requests are handled.
Features and user choices differ between games. Not every game processes every category described below. Processing is limited to the features actually provided and the information needed for those features. Additional privacy notices, where provided for a feature, also apply.
2. Information and purposes
When you use a game, view advertisements, use in-app purchases or contact support, we and the relevant service providers may process the following categories.
Gameplay and usage
Progress, settings, play time, level or stage activity, feature use and in-game events, to run the game, save progress, understand usage and improve the game. Information stored only on your device is distinguished from events transmitted through analytics features.
Device, technical information and identifiers
Device type, operating system and app version, language, IP address, service identifiers such as app instance identifiers, advertising identifiers, crash logs, errors and performance information, for compatibility, diagnostics, analytics, advertising and measurement, and fraud prevention. An IP address may be used to infer a country or approximate region.
Advertising activity
Ad impressions, clicks, completed views, rewarded-ad participation and ad performance, to deliver ads, grant rewards, measure effectiveness and prevent advertising fraud. Information for personalized ads is processed subject to applicable law, consent choices and device settings.
In-app purchases
Purchased products, order or transaction identifiers, purchase tokens or receipts, purchase status, price and currency, to verify purchases, deliver or restore items, address refunds and disputes, and prevent fraudulent purchases. App stores such as Google Play process payment. We do not directly collect your full payment card number or card security code to make a purchase.
Support information you provide
Your email address, message, and any error descriptions, screenshots or proof of purchase you choose to send, to respond to questions, resolve problems and verify and handle privacy requests.
Information may be provided directly by you or generated or collected through integrated advertising, analytics and payment services, including their SDKs. We obtain consent where required. Where another lawful basis applies, such as providing a requested service under a contract or meeting legal obligations, we process the information within the scope of that basis.
3. External services and sharing
The following categories of external providers may process information as necessary to operate the games.
Advertising, mediation and ad measurement providers: device and advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interactions and related technical information for ads, reward verification, measurement and fraud prevention.
Usage analytics and diagnostics providers: gameplay and feature events, service identifiers, device and app details, and diagnostic information for game improvements and stability analysis.
App stores and payment providers: app stores such as Google Play handle purchases and payments and may provide transaction information needed for purchase verification. See also Google’s Privacy Policy for Google's processing.
Customer support and operational service providers: relevant information as needed for inquiries, storage, security and service delivery.
A provider may process information on our behalf under an agreement or independently under its own privacy policy. Contact us below for information about the external providers and information used by the game you play.
We may also disclose information to meet legal obligations or lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or prevent fraud. We do not disclose personal information for unrelated third-party purposes without a basis described in this policy, your consent, or a legal basis.
4. Advertising and analytics choices
You can manage available advertising personalization and identifier choices in your device's privacy or advertising settings. Where a game provides a consent or privacy settings screen, you can also change your choices there. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent; withdrawal does not affect lawful processing that took place beforehand.
Limiting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertising. Available controls and their names vary by device, region and service provider. Contact us if you need help with your available privacy or analytics choices.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, such as providing the service, resolving support requests, verifying purchases and preventing fraud. When those purposes have been fulfilled or a valid deletion request has been handled, we delete or de-identify the information unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it, such as a legal obligation.
Records that must be kept by law, including applicable transaction records, are kept for the legally required period. Records needed for a dispute or fraud investigation are retained on a restricted basis for as long as necessary to resolve that matter and are not used for unrelated purposes. Independent processing by advertising or analytics providers is subject to their own retention policies and rights-request procedures.
You can remove information stored only on your device by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Uninstalling does not itself delete information previously transmitted to external services. To request deletion of information held externally or by us, use the contact process below.
6. Your rights and deletion requests
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent and other privacy rights. You may also have rights to data portability, to object to processing, and to complain to a relevant supervisory authority.
Email us with the subject “Privacy inquiry” or “Data deletion request”, the game you use and what you are requesting. If needed to locate relevant records, we may ask for minimal additional verification, such as an in-game identifier or order identifier. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.
We review and respond to requests under applicable law. Deletion may affect features such as progress or purchase restoration. If information must be retained by law, we explain the reason. A privacy deletion request does not automatically cancel a purchase or issue a refund.
7. Children’s privacy
Additional protections, including local age thresholds and parental consent requirements, may apply to children's information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child's personal information was collected without necessary consent, contact us above. We will review the matter and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required by applicable law.
8. Security and international processing
We limit access to personal information to what is necessary and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including secure transmission and storage. External advertising, analytics or payment services may process information outside your country of residence. 9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to features, external services or legal requirements. The updated policy and effective date will be published on this page. Where a material change requires additional notice or consent, we provide the notice or obtain consent as required by applicable law.
